Moving a world that is in Blue Stacks (BlueStacks)

Post by DobberHockeyCom » Mon Mar 06, 2017 6:49 pm

I just bought a server here. I can connect via FTP so that's no problem.

How can I move my world (it's via BlueStacks - so I can play on my PC) to this server?

Can anyone provide some guidance? Much appreciated, thank you

What I have so far is:

1. Add ES File Explorer to Blue Stacks
2. go into the Minecraft folder, into mojang.com folder, in the minecraft worlds folder grabbed my world. Looks like my world is called qh8AAEx0AQA= (that's the name of the folder, anyway)
3. Paste that folder into Windows - > BSTSharedFolder
4. Grab the folder of your world via this location: C:\ProgramData\BlueStacks\UserData\Sharefolder
5. FTP it into the gameserver in the folder called "worlds" and overwrote the level.dat file.

But I can't go into that world. Whenever I click on my server it takes me to a certain world (start from scratch). I tried pasting it as a folder directly into "worlds" and also tried in "worlds/world" and also "worlds/Dobbs" (a folder that was in there). I also tried just taking the contents out of the folder and plunking them into "worlds/world". None of this worked. Suggestions?
