Website suspended?

Post by metalgearsolid » Tue Oct 08, 2013 4:04 am

I just noticed my website (celticalliance.clanservers.com) got suspended? Can someone from the gameservers staff tell me why?

I tried signing into my.gameservers.com as well to see if we forgot to pay our monthly fee but it says it's undergoing maintenance.

If this is related to the monthly fee we'll arrange this as soon as possible though.

Ah, I see now.

We forgot to pay the invoice. This has been done now.

Can someone re-activate our website and TeamSpeak server though?

Greetings,

"Everything is working again. Our apologies for the inconvenience."

That's good to hear.

However, if this occurs again, I'd strongly recommend submitting a ticket via our Support section about it.

We'd then be able to take a look.

That's really unfortunate. Are there any other ways to get around this though?
