Ok, apparently Imadman is the only person on the planet to get this to work.

Have any GS subscribers gotten this to actually work?

Here is the config I'm using on one of the servers (got it working on a powerstruggle server also):

sv_levelrotation = "levelrotation"
sv_requireinputdevice = ""
sv_gamerules = "InstantAction"
sv_port = 64087
sv_password =""
sv_servername = "<HoG> GROUND ZERO"
sv_maxplayers = 16
sv_maxspectators = 0
sv_timeofdayenable = 1
sv_timeofdaylength = 1.215
sv_timeofdaystart = 12
sv_lanonly = 0

//adding these following a rcon guide
sv_bind your.I.P.here
sv_bandwidth = 50000
sv_packetRate = 60
rcon_startserver port:64087 pass:your pass here

ban_timeout = 30
g_tk_punish = 1
g_tk_punish_limit = 3
g_friendlyfireratio = 1
g_battleDust_enable = 0
net_enable_voice_chat = 0
g_fraglimit = 0
g_useProfile = 1
r_ShadersAsyncCompiling = 1
r_driver = "DX9"
rcon_password=your pass here //this probably shouldn't be here, but why mess with success
sv_cheatprotection = 3
sv_ranked = 1
net_pb_sv_enable true
g_timelimit = 10
g_minteamlimit = 0
g_minplayerlimit = 0
g_revivetime = 5
g_autoteambalance = 1
log_verbosity = 1
log_fileverbosity = 3

http_startserver port:64087 pass:your pass here //this doesn't work for me anyways

map armada

After a restart I was able to login from the crysis console (while in game on the server) using:
rcon_connect addr:<your server ip> port:<rcon port> pass:<rcon pass>

And tested using:
rcon_command sv_say "hello all!"
rcon_command kick <player name>

I can't get a status command to work so you can kick via number instead of name...

That won't work if your rcon is using the same port. Its a port conflict, Game is using UDP 64087 Rcon is most likely using TCP 64087 so web port would be in use.

Try using any port between 9001-9050, those are open on the firewall

http_startserver port:9025 pass:yourpasshere

Hmmm I seem to be getting closer. Now following what you guys have posted, when I try to connect via http, it at least finds it. However, it replies with a "Bad Request" and I get a blank page. Any idea what it could be looking for? Take a look.

I supose I have done something wrong. I can not get the HTTP service to work. I keep getting HTTP 400 errors or page not found...
Here is my Config.

For the HTTP_Startserver I have tried every port from 9001 - 9050 nothing works.

g_useProfile = 1

r_ShadersAsyncCompiling = 1
r_driver = "DX9"

sv_servername = "=IMO= Crysis Server"
sv_password =""
net_enable_voice_chat = 1
net_pb_sv_enable true
sv_bind xx.xx.xx.xx
sv_port = 64087
rcon_startserver port:64087 pass:xxxxx
http_startserver port:9044 pass:xxxxx

sv_cheatprotection = 3
sv_ranked = 1
sv_levelrotation = "levelrotation"
sv_gamerules = "InstantAction"
sv_maxplayers = 32
sv_maxspectators = 32
sv_timeofdayenable = 0
sv_timeofdaylength = 1.215
sv_timeofdaystart = 12

g_teamlock = 2
g_MPDeathCam = 0
g_preroundtime = 8
g_tk_punish = 1
g_tk_punish_limit = 5
g_friendlyfireratio = 1
g_battleDust_enable = 1
g_fraglimit = 0
g_timelimit = 45
g_minteamlimit = 1
g_revivetime = 10
g_autoteambalance = 1

log_verbosity = 1
log_fileverbosity = 3

ban_timeout = 30

map armada

Change your Rcon port to another port besides you gameport as suggested by GamerServers. Try using any port between 9001-9050, those are open on the firewall, apparently.

If you are using punkbuster you can setup the pb webtool. I have that working on mine.

SS-C

Where you able to connect to the HTTP remote server? Mine still does not work.

Ingame RCON works fine most of the time. Sometimes I need to exit and rejoin but it works.

i dont use that http one

sv_bind 63.209.32.161
sv_port = 64087
rcon_startserver port:9046 pass:xxxxx - put your own pass there
http_startserver port:9046 pass:xxxxx - put your own pass there - im not sure if this need to be there but it works

drop that into you config via GS, all you have to do is change the pass get in game hit ` console should come up
once there type :- rcon_connect addr:63.209.32.161 port:9046 pass:XXXXX - your pass hit enter.

nothing should come up , then try rcon_command sv_say hi and see what happends

hope that helps
