Please note, if you can access your control panel (https://my.gameservers.com ), please submit a ticket through that, rather then emailing support.
Our system will automatically reply to each new email, and assign it a ticket number. If you are not getting these automatic responses, it's likely that your email account is classifying our messages as spam. Check your spam/junk folder for these, and if they are not there I would recommend trying this from a separate account.
Again, this process is completely automated, and if you are not getting a response it indicates an issue with your email account, rather then you being ignored.
