After todays hours of waiting for Farming Sim to be upgradable on server, I just have a question:
Do support-people, or people from Gameservers in general, use these forums at all - at a regular basis?
I've checked Facebook, Twitter and this forum to see if anyone from Gameservers are giving any feedback.
And from what I can judge, it's the sales/PR ppl "only". If you're a potential customer you get answers fast. But if you already is a customer, and need support, more than "click on this, or click on that" - you're left pretty much on your own for uptil several hours, risking to loose community-member you might have used months to get into your group. Specially if not in the category mainstream CS:GO community, I guess.
Is that right? As in - a good business-model?
