Farming Simulator 2017 server - "all dead". Slow responce from support?!

Seems like our server for Farming Sim. went totally dark a few hours ago.
Filed a ticket for it; GMQ-375AZ

Please do *NOT* just delete everything on server and tell us to start all over. There are some 3000+ hours put down on that server's gameprogression.
