Ventrilo Billing question.

I used to received a 50% discount on my Ventrilo server for having an active game server, is this no longer offered?

I've specifically used Gameservers.com for years because of this discount and would be saddened to see it gone.

Pop a ticket into support under billing and they will be able to confirm or deny if your account is eligible

This is still something that we offer, however it's not automatically applied. Our billing department can change this for you if you open a ticket.

so i tried to make my username an admin through the user editor so it auto logs me in each time that i connect. instead of having to manualy login each time.
after i did that it made all the users and channels invisible forcing me to hit the reinstall the server button.

is there anyway to do this without this issue?
