The issue with characters such as {}, (), and // has now been resolved. If you had these characters in your messages, they should begin appearing now. A server restart is not necessary for this.

Are the messages you place in the Message List (in the GS Control Panel) suppose to display one line per set limit (min. 60 secs) or all messages for set limit?

I need to display a sequence of messages at once not one line every 60 seconds. For example:

SERVER RULES (1 or 2 second delay)
SNIPER RIFLES ONLY (1 or 2 second delay)
NO PISTOLS (1 or 2 second delay)
WWW.MYWEBSITE.COM (1 or 2 second delay)
*REPEAT IN 60 seconds

What I get is this:

SERVER RULES (60 second delay)
SNIPER RIFLES ONLY (60 second delay)
NO PISTOLS (60 second delay)
WWW.MYWEBSITE.COM (60 second delay)
*REPEAT IN 60 seconds

Is this how it is suppose to work or is there something wrong with my servers? This will not work for me and still need to use the RCON Tool to get the messages needed. I need/wish this work like in the RCON Tool.

Timed messages should now be working for you sk8zophrenia.

SixxStar, what you describe is how messages should be working. There will be a fixed delay between each message. We do not currently support any sort of variable delay between messages, nor sending multiple messages at once.

Is there any chance that the 60 seconds can be reduced. We have tried this but it is not working for us as having 6 messages means each message only gets seen every 6 mins which is far to long as some games can be over in about 6 mins.

We have gone back to the steam rcon tool for this and shown them every 30 seconds again

I agree Jolly and it sucks that we go from having such a great system in past CoD titles, with all the control of the servers, awesome messenging system using Punkbusters with the ability to have multiple lines of text come up at once and ability to space messages apart all the way down to 1 second apart, instant access to logs and logs werent restricted to only an hours worth of info.

6 years of awesome playing... all to be flushed down the toilet and handed a pile a crap that has more useless fluff and so much in respect to limited access it makes you almost want to vomit.
