My server lags and my pings are higher than normal. Didn't see any great benefit at all, sorry guys. Why no upgrade in the NY/NJ location? Quote: A fiber optic cable cut in New Jersey has been causing elevated pings and packetloss at times over the last 18 hours. It was a double cable cut (due to contstruction outside the building). One cable has been repaired, and the second is being worked on. We have been given a 4-5 hour ETA for a complete repair. Thanks, Zachary Williams http://www.gameservers.com/Frag. Not Lag. Seems like you guys are cutting down on bandwidth, because prior "to the cable being cut," Pings were not normal and no one addressed the real issue of lagging servers !

This could be the reason why Call of Duty Black Ops servers run fine on US servers and have LAG on EUROPE servers . I think this would be a very logical reason

All the Blackops servers are running on identical hardware in every location. The hardware is not responsible for the lag you are seeing.

bryan. Try checking your "filter" settings too see if you haven't filtered out your server in some way. Also, make sure you triple check your ip and login details on the remote tool.
