Upgraded my BF3 server from 16 player to 20 player (and paid the invoices in full), but my server has been offline/down for 2 days now. I have logged a support Ticket: HEV-106FJ, but no one from support has responded.
Please advise if there is any thing else I need to do to get your 24/7 support?
