I opened a ticket hours ago. Server disappeared from server list and anyone can connect. I installed the mod patch but something I think is wrong.
I found this on server log:
Server has exceeded restart count, stopping service
and
connection error #1045: Access denied for user (...)

and in server crash log:

[02/02/17 17:39:24] [108_61_102_87_28026_lifyo] Server has crashed, restarting

what's happening? I cant loose the world just created!

I just purchased mine and it is not working either. Ticket placed 2 hours ago with no response.

I'm having the same issue. I updated my server how the FAQ said to do so. Once i updated it has been down all day iv had the ticket in for about 7 hours now and no reply. I was expecting a kinda fast reply since the service is down but iv not received any reply's about the issue. I also looked around to see if where my server was located was down but when i went to the network section it hasn't had anything posted since September 2016 or so.

Yeah support service here is slow. Very Slow.

What server location are you guys?

Oh Ok. I can understand your problem. I also faced this type of issue while I am preparing my assignment task. I consulted a network operator to get solution for that. I think it is the best option in front of you.
