Got a server just over a day ago.

The server is a fresh install with no mods and nothing changed in the config.

The server didnt show up on the servers list in game or in steam. Add it to my favorites using the ip and when viewing the server info it says server not responding.

Using the ftp i can get into the server. There is a file called gs_crash.log which is filled with lines of

[02/05/17 21:26:26] [196_28_69_111_27015_spaceengi] Server has crashed, restarting
[02/05/17 21:26:26] [196_28_69_111_27015_spaceengi] Server has exceeded restart count, stopping service

Which is in a loop.

Have tried restarting the server with the restart button as well as reinstalling using the reinstall button.

Submitted a ticket a few hours back but have not received feedback yet.

Does anyone know of a way to fix this ?

Decided to try the change location option and its working fine from the new location.
