It's now 6 1/2 hours after I submitted a support ticket for my server being down and I still have no response.

Is anyone even working today? Entire company taking the day off?

This is not acceptable!!

Server is down from 1:27pm to 8:12pm (now)

Are we going for a record? I still have no response and my server is still down around 18 hours later.

I am with you here my server crashed also @[Mon Dec 4 01:34:27 2017] [208_167_246_168_28016_ruste] Server has exceeded maximum RAM limit. This was with only 18 people on the server and paying for 100 slots. This happens every 7 to 10 days. But I have been wait over 10 hours still no reply.

@Tunnleram have they replied to your ticket? I am on 23 hours and no reply.

Smokingto, are you running a ton of mods? Or do you never wipe your map? What's your entity count? I've been running servers for ages, and I've very rarely seen 5.5gb of ram get used to cause the forced restart like that. I'd check your mods/entity count to see what the problem is. OR, look at using an automated restart like the Oxide Plugin "Timed Execute".

For the record my ticket number was PCV-033GH

Opened: 12/03/17 12:14pm
Resolved: 12/04/17 8:38am

That type of service really isn't acceptable and the credit I was given didn't cover my inconvenience. I spend hours running my server and having it down for that long ruins the community I built.

My server is down again now. It's been an hour since it's been down and I have no answer yet.

Ticket number LIL-640JP

Before the last situation, I was thinking of expanding too. I was going to order 3-4 more servers. Now I'm really unsure.
