first, sorry for my english, and my problem is : rust admin and rusty are not connecting on my server !
i see at the begining when i click on connect on rust admin, same for rusty, both load, but fail everytime ! there was only one time when rustadmin succeeded to connect, but norton fucked it up, so i ended up unistalling it !
then, now at this time, i still can't connect to my server, i can't kick or ban people, write messages, etc...
according to the mail gameservers sended me, all is correct, the IP, etc... even tried +1, +2, etc... still not working !
im a complete beginner at owning a server, might be the reason.

With Rustadmin, ensure you have selected webrcon in the configuration part of rustadmin, if your ip and port details are correct, then that is the only reason I can think of for you not being able to connect.

I used to have webrcon set, but I don't anymore as the DEV's made this the default. You do need to make sure the RCON type in RustAdmin is set to WebRcon and your rcon port matches your config port
