So I recently ordered a new server for Rust.

When I went to try and connect to it in the console menu, using the IP and Port from the config on the control panel, I was connected to another pre-existing Rust server. Additionally I can't use RustAdmin, and I'm assuming it is for this same reason. I have already submitted a ticket, although I'm not sure how long they take to reply so I thought I'd post here in case I can get a faster response with a solution.

To be perfectly honest, any response from Gameservers staff here will simply say "Sorry to hear about your difficulty. Please submit a support ticket from your Gameservers control panel and we will look into this for you as soon as we can."

As for the response times... It varies. Some days we get responses within minutes... Other times... hours / days lol.
