Is anyone else having issues tonite? Not that it is unusual for my Voip to go funky for no apparent reason, at any given time. And of course, support cant answer a ticket in a timely manner....

Elevated latency and packet loss? Look guys, that is an understatement. More like, server's crashed and worthless.

Obviously by that message there is a problem in the datacentre where you server is hosted.. possibly could be a DDoS
