Everytime, I rent a server for free, I cannot change how many people are in my server. The default number of people is 14. Any help on changing this number to 20?
What I mean is that, whenever I rent a tf2 server. The max limit of people who can join that server is 14. How can I change the max number of people to 20?

You will need to pay more for a server with higher slots.
