Ok so i got you off your asses moving last night after I was told the update for AA to version 3.3 was still not released when in fact I informed you it was. Now I have a problem...I want someone to get off their ass again and sort out the Mod Install for the new 3.3 Patch! Its been installed on both servers I run (one of which I run and another that I help run) On my server (217.163.31.230:8777) the patch didnt even install correctly yet I clicked to install and left it and over 7 hours later and it hasnt even worked. On the second server I run which I have control panel access to (68.232.176.187:8777) the mod seemed to have installed but again it did NOT work. Please sort these problems out as Ive noticed that the ONLY servers that dont seem to be running the new 3.3 version right now are GAMESERVER based servers. Ive not seen a SINGLE GS IP in the browser list. So im guessing that again, like you have done before, that a file within your mod patch is CORRUPT!

Please come on sort this out as BOTH my servers are not running and are losing valuable gaming hours!!!

Not even an apology? perhaps i shud NEVER have migrated to gameservers in the first place....service is VERY poor and no one will even give an explanation or apologise or compensate the loss of game play on my servers. I have a lot of clan members who are baying for my blood right now wanting me to get our servers back up and running and at the top of the server rankings!!!!!

You know what ive spent ALL day today (28th June/29th June) to sort this **** out! No one in your support department has done their job properly due to this...in return I EXPECT a FREE WEEKS server rental as i am having to sort problems out myself. Damn my 8 year daughter knows more on how to problem solve than your technical department does!

Of you're really having that many problems with the service thats unfortunate. Only think i can recommend would be to open a support ticket in billing and see how far you would get.. if you be nice to them they may offer you some kind of compensation. Treat others how you would like to be treated

Ive been attempting to get some satisfaction for over 24 hours now...if you were in the same boat, or anyone else for that matter, how would you feel...And dont say in all that time you would not start losing your patience!

OTR I finally got them to look deeper into it and find out that its a compatibility problem with the OS! I think some of their technicians need a refresher course! Even though I dont have a single qualification in computing, Ive been working with computer systems and OS's for over almost 20 years now and know a thing or two about them myself. They have to remember that some of us "customers" are not computer dumb!

Sometimes we look past the obvious things to more detailed things and miss the most obvious causes. I remember at work once I was at a clients office inspecting their computer and had through their GFX card or PSU have gone, however the computer was fine. Once we brought the computer back to the client office after we took it we realised the cord in the back of the monitor was not connected properly -.-, anywho, Glad to see your problem was solved

Ummm Errrr...i just found out my problem hasnt been solved. They emailed me earlier saying that the update was on and that the server was running...LOL still cant customise my game config and still cant connect to my server due to a version mismatch! And all i get in return is 2 days free server rental! WTF!

This seems odd. Do you still got this problem? Is it really possible that on your end it is not working, but from them everything is fine?

I had a few problems myself..I sent a support ticket at 8pm...I get home from work at 3pm...problem fixed...
its a really bad problem your having or no patientce...im thinking the first one and maybe alittle of the second...gl with your server...
