Can anybody explain to me how exactly do I get an avatar here on the Gameservers forum? I tried updating my avatar via UCP but it seems the feature is not available.

I've seen some around here with avatars though so I know there is ways of getting one. Does anybody mind telling me?

What error message do you get when you try and upload a avatar through the UCP?

Not really an error. It just does not provide you with the feature. It just has glallery with nothing in it, and that's about it.

You should be able to find a upload button there somewhere.. you'll need to upload your own a avatar

What are the dimensions of the picture you're trying to upload for the avatar?

Try clicking this while logged into a PC.

ucp.php?i=profile&mode=avatar

If it says unavailable or error, then you might not have access.

Okay, I'm still having the problem. There's no error popping up so its hard for me to explain. Here's what I get.



I wish I could use the print screen function but currently mines is broken. That's what I get though, nothing else. No button saying upload avatar, browse, URL, nothing. I simply don't get the upload an avatar feature. I would love some help GameServers.

If your using windows 7 use the snipping tool ( start all programs accessories snipping tool ) to take a screen shot.

also note I just deleted mine and now can't re ulpoad it.. Might be something forum side.

Not using Windows 7, but yes, it is something forums side. Hoping Gameservers can check it out for us. I'd really like to upload an avatar.
