I had someone donate that donated to the wrong link. We just had a clanmate passaway and he thought that I could use the donations in that account for anything. I was going to get it refunded so he could donate to the right link. Is it possible? He just donated 5 minutes ago. We have over $900 in the account so it is not the money, just an honest mistake.

You should make a support ticket for that. You'll get answered much more quickly and with a good reply ^^
You should be able to get a refund if the player who donated, asks for a refund.

You can submit a support ticket to have a clanpay donation refunded. It can only be refunded back to the source.

Really? I have never had a problem with gameservers. I might have been a bit anxious sometimes but never really a problem on their end. I wouldn't think of hosting servers elsewhere.

I think he meant that GS can fix this where other companies will not or state they cannot.
