How do I create a repeating message in game? Like :
"No crossing. No Run and Gun."

Something like that tht repeats automatically throughout the game.

Usually you would do the via Punkbuster called "tasks" but SEV2 don't subscribe to pb so . . . dunno mate.

Is the Warmup Time the same as the Lobby Time (that little round countdown clock in the lower right corner of the lobby). between rounds?

Also...what is the config command to turn off Auto Balance?

I can't get the dedicated server executed! When I start the cli.exe the server crash on line initialising steam server !

Help me please ?
I'm starving to launch a dedicated server but, I'm noob on server commands !

Rcon commands work like this in Sniper Elite V2:

Press ~ to get to console
Type: Rcon.Password (space) your password here
Type: Rcon (space) server.kick (space) player name or any part of it
Type: Rcon (space) server.kickban (space) name to ban

If a player is using some crazy charachters like russian/Chinese or anything else do the following:
Type: Rcon (space) server.listplayers
then get their list number
Type: Rcon server.kickbanindex (their number)
*****
To unban:
Rcon server.listbans
get name
Rcon server.unban name
****
Remember to always start with the command Rcon and don't forget the spaces.
