Hi, I'm trying to set up my tsviewer for the new ts3 to be displayed on our homepage. Where can I find the tcp query port for my server?

I'm still getting "Connection Problem The server did not reply within the required timeout period. Maybe the server is offline or you've entered an invalid TCP query port."

What he's referring to is for setting up the TSViewer located here -- http://www.tsviewer.com/index.php?page= ... _kontrolle

The setup requests not only a UDP query port, but a TCP query port.

I've tried UDP 9100 with the default listed TCP of 10011, I've tried 9100 for both, and I've tried the listed defaults for both but no luck.

So, what is the TCP query port supposed to be?

The TCP query port is 9100, and is open to the internet.

I can't get it to work either. I'm trying to use TS Display on my server, and it doesn't work, nor can I query it from the TSViewer page using port 9100 for the TCP query port. Thanks for any help you can give me.

My TSviewer is working...

1. Make sure your using the actual ip and not the "ts21.gameservers.com"
2. UDP Port = 9001
3. TCP Query Port = 9100

Lemme know how ya make out.

Tried it using the IP instead of the DNS name,

63.209.37.30
UDP - 9103
TCP - 9100

Still no joy. This is the link I'm using....

http://www.tsviewer.com/index.php?page=ts_viewer_demand&ip=63.209.37.30&port1=9103&port2=9100&channels=1&submit=Scan+server

Got the port straight from Gameservers.... Copied and pasted below.

Hostname: ts11.gameservers.com
Server Port: 9103
Location: Dallas, Texas

I opened a command prompt and ran a ping to ts11.gameservers.com, it replied with that address. I appreciate the assistance. :)

Yes. I am connected now. The server is password protected. I temporarily changed the password to "password" - no quotes.

Just heard back from TSViewer... that scanner on their site is "only" for TS2... not 3.

Gametracker has TS3 fully supported if you have not checked it out yet.

For an example you can check out this link:
