Can one of the GS staff please supply an update or even a real notification on the Phoenix Datacenter outage as it has been offline for coming close to 24 hours with not so much as any notification regarding how long until or a solution to those paying customers of your servers.

Usually when a main datacentre goes down Providers will not get constant updates about the status, therefore they can't pass it on to end users
