We have been unable to use webrcon all day. It keeps saying "unable to retrieve team status." Our rcon passwords have not changed and our servers are up and running. We haven't changed a thing.

Anyone have any idea as to what's going on?

I am still trying to figure this out. We haven't changed a thing and yet webrcon still can't get team status. We like to use webrcon in order to track our admins (the logs are very nice).

No problems here. I would double check your rcon password on your GS control panel.

I would also check that your host has not closed UDP port 3074 for OUTBOUND traffic .......

Yeah, I sent in a support ticket to our web host and sure enough UDP ports 3074 and 3084 were closed for some reason.

It's happened to me in the past, one tech opens a port for me, then sometime later another one sees it open and without checking, closes it .... either that or some piece of monitoring software auto-closes it

And check that the server is Online: they started crashing again and watchdog is not available anymore.

Also I and a few others have had problems with servers and no rcon's connecting to it the last few days.
GS staff said there was no issue but I had to reinstall. My logs are still uber slow.
